HOLLAND, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - The Ottawa County Sheriff's office responded to a Cash Advance store after being called about an armed robbery.

Authorities were called to the store on 520 Butternut #20 around 7:30pm Friday. A store employee told deputies that a man came up behind her when she was trying to lock up the business.

The man pressed an object to her back and said he had a gun, so the employee let the man into the store. The man took an unknown amount of cash and quickly ran away from the store.

The incident is still under investigation. If you have any information, you're asked to call police.
