NEAR HARTFORD, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Van Buren County deputies believe alcohol played a part in a hit-and-run.

It happened Monday night on County Road 687 near Hartford.

Someone called 911 to report a rollover crash with people trapped inside. When deputies got there, no one was in the car or anywhere near-by.

Witnesses reported seeing two men walking down the road shortly after the crash.
