Middleville, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - An armed robbery suspect is on the loose after stealing from a gas station.

The Barry County Sheriff's Department says the robbery happened around 3a.m. Sunday at the Middleville Sppedway on the 600 block of Broadway Street.

The store clerk says a white male in his 20's walked into the store and showed the employee a hand gun. He took an unknown amount of cash and ran away.

The incident remains under investigation.
