Former Tulip Time official headed to trial on CSC charges
GRAND HAVEN, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A former Tulip Time operations manager has waived his preliminary hearing, and is now headed to trial on criminal sexual conduct charges.
Thomas Westerlund faces three counts of second degree CSC and three counts of forth degree CSC.
He's also facing child pornography charges in federal court.
Westerlund is accused of exploiting teenage boys by making pornographic videos, and taking sexual pictures of them.
