Chocolate Mousse without the guilt!
Tofu (lite silken) Chocolate Mousse
24 ounces of Lite Silken Tofu (room temperature)
12 ounces of semisweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon Edensoy vanilla soymilk
1/8 teaspoon of salt
Directions:
Melt chocolate chips in double boiler
Put tofu, vanilla soymilk, salt and melted chocolate in
food processor and blend until smooth.
Spoon mousse into parfait glasses or little dessert dishes
Chill for several hours.
Top with fresh strawberries or whipped topping.
Serves: 6
This is so easy, low in calories - only 120 per serving as opposed to "real" Chocolate Mousse at 817 calories, five times the fat and zero cholesterol - ENJOY!
