Peaches for you and me!
Peach Cobbler

2 T butter, melted
1/4 cup Michigan sugar
2 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
3 cups Michigan peaches, peeled & sliced
3/4 cup flour
1 cup Michigan sugar
3/4 cup Michigan milk
Melt butter in bottom of baking dish. Combine sliced peaches and 1/4 cup sugar in a separate bowl - set aside. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, 1 cup sugar and milk.
Pour batter over melted butter - do not stir. Spoon peaches over batter - do not stir.
Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes until crust is light brown.
