Critical condition after slamming into a tree

CALHOUN COUNTY, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A Burlington man is in critical condition after slamming his car into a tree.
It happened before midnight Thursday on 13 Mile Road south of Marshall.
Investigators say both alcohol and speed appear to be factors in the crash.
The man was also not wearing a seatbelt.
