Felony charges in animal cruelty case
Comments 0 | Recommend 0ALLEGAN COUNTY, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Allegan County Prosecuting Attorney Frederick Anderson announced Thursday that he has authorized charges in a dog beating/cruelty incident that occurred on November 17th in Dorr Township.
A 22 year old has been charged with one felony county of animal killing/torturing.
If convicted, the charges carry a penalty of four years in prison and/or $5,000 and/or 500 hours of community service.
