Family Dollar robbed

MIDDLEVILLE, Mich.  (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Michigan State Police are investigating a Saturday morning robbery of the Family Dollar store in Middleville.  Police say around 9:20 a.m. a male suspect entered the store and forced the clerk into the office.  The clerk was made to open the safe and an undisclosed amount of money was obtained from the store. 

The suspect is a stocky white male, wearing a dark colored knit hat, green colored knit scarf covering his face, and a dark colored top.
