IONIA, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - One of the suspects under investigation in an Ionia County man's disappearance is back in court Thursday.

Rami Saba will be arraigned on several charges for bank fraud and identity theft.

Investigators say he and another man worked together to kidnap Don Dietz, steal his identity and drain his bank accounts.

Dietz went missing near his home in Saranac back in 2007. He hasn't been heard from since.
