Hoskins back to jail

KENT COUNTY, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) – The man accused of sexually assaulting two young girls inside a high school is going back to jail after a judge revoked his bond Monday morning.

Wyoming Police say Kenneth Hoskins Jr. was with one of his 16-year-old victims at a local motel, violating the rules of his bond.

On Monday morning, the judge told Hoskins he forfeited a $50,000 bond, and his bond was raised to $250,000.

"You have to learn what no means," said the judge, "no contact means no contact. If you do not know what no means at 31 years of age, now is the time to learn."

Family members of the 16-year-old girl say that Hoskins is a predator who should go to prison for luring the young girl into an on-going relationship.

Hoskins' attorney told Newschannel 3 that it's unlikely his client will be bailed out this time. Hoskins trial is scheduled to begin in January.
