Lansing, MICH. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - State lawmakers are considering a new license plate proposal that could stir up controversy.
Last week the State Senate heard testimony to consider a new "Choose Life" license plate that would raise money for pro-life groups.
More than two dozen states already have similiar license plates that fund programs that offer alternatives to abortion.
