Headed to trial for armed robbery, home invasion and unlawful imprisonment
BATTLE CREEK, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A Battle Creek man is set to stand trial Tuesday on charges of armed robbery, home invasion and unlawful imprisonment.
Prosecutors say Dominique Nichols and another man went to a home on M Drive near Burlington, tied up the homeowner and robbed him at gunpoint. This happened back in April.

The other suspect in this case, Ronald Bish, Junior, also faces armed robbery and home invasion charges among others.
