Father charged for crash that killed son

CALHOUN COUNTY, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - We now know the identity of a Litchfield man who was arrested in a deadly drunk driving crash.
Deputies believe Robert Ruh was drunk behind the wheel when he lost control and flipped his car near Homer Saturday night.
The crash killed his 7-year-old son. Ruh's 8-year-old son also suffered serious injuries. He was released from the hospital Monday.
Ruh will appear in a Calhoun County courtroom Tuesday. He faces charges for OWI causing death.
