GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - It's time to move forward for Haiti. That's the word from a local Haitian foundation helping the devastated nation.
Tuesday marks four weeks since the earthquake killed as many as 200,000 people. About a million survivors are still homeless.
Worldwide, more than $2.3 billion has been pledged for Haitian relief.
Mallery Thurlow runs the Haiti Foundation Against Poverty. She'll speak Tuesday night at the Frontline Community Church in Grand Rapids about the group's efforts and what is next. That starts at 6:30.
