Refunds coming for Consumers Energy customers

(NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Consumers Energy customers are getting a refund from the power company.
This week state regulators ordered consumers to pay $86 million back to its customers for failing to put that money in a fund for a northern Michigan power plant.
Consumers has 30 days to come up with a plan to refund the money which will be split up among 1.8 million customers depending on usage.
