Teen in critical after head-on collision

KALAMAZOO COUNTY, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL ) - We are getting new information Monday morning about a head-on crash in Kalamazoo County that sent three people to the hospital.
We've been in contact with the sheriff's department overnight and they say a Mattawan teen is in critical condition.
The crash happened just after 10:00 Sunday night on Gull Road near the Meijer store.
Deputies say an 18 year old from Galesburg crossed the center line and his pick-up hit a van head-on.
Both drivers suffered serious injuries but are expected to recover.
The 19-year-old girl who suffered critical injuries was a passenger in the truck.
Deputies are still investigating the crash.
