GREENVILLE, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) – It's a custody battle that stretches all the way from West Michigan to Central America.

Jason Zank of Greenville contacted Newschannel 3 about his daughter. Zank says he went to his ex-wife's home to pick the girl up on December 6th, but found the house empty.

Zank says the next day his ex-wife called to say that she and the girl were in Ecuador, and were not coming back. Zank has been trying to get his daughter back since.

Newschannel 3 has spoken to Zank and will bring you more on this story Wednesday night.
