Head on crash seriously injures two drivers

PAW PAW TOWNSHIP, Mich.  (NEWSCHANNEL 3)  A head on crash on 41st st and CR 374 in Paw Paw Township seriously injured two drivers Friday night.

40 year old David Lee Speadt of Grand Junction was driving southbound on 41st Street in his 2003 Dodge Durango when he crossed the center line and went into the northbound lane. 21 year old Mark Keith Hall of Paw Paw was driving northbound on 41st in his 1990 Chevy pickup truck.  

The Durango came over a small hill and the two vehicles collided head on.  Both vehicles were totaled and drivers were transported to Bronson Hospital in Kalamazoo with serious but non life threatening injuries.  

The roads were snow covered and icy. The poor road conditions and speed did appear to be factors in accident.
