Police chief arrested for domestic assault

BLOOMINGDALE, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - The Bloomingdale Police Chief has been arrested by the Allegan County Sheriff's Department.
Chief Jon Josten was arrested Friday on a misdemeanor domestic assault charge. He has posted a $500 bond and been released.
Details of what led to the arrest have not been released.
He will be back in court on May 29th for his arraignment.
