Plans could double size of resort community

PARK TOWNSHIP, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Developers are preparing to lay out plans that could double the size of an Ottawa County resort community.
They want to build on the site of the old Point West restaurant in Macatawa Park.
Back in August neighbors heard about the possibility of nearly 50 new condos, underground parking, new boat slips and a community center.
Developers have been fine-tuning that vision.
Tuesday night they'll present their ideas to the Park Township Planning Commission.
