WEST MICHIGAN (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A man accused of going on a three county crime spree across West Michigan now faces formal charges.

Prosecutors charged John Falvo with a laundry list of offenses including armed robbery, home invasion and unlawful imprisonment. That's just in Ottawa County.

He's also charged with fleeing and eluding in Kent County.

It all stems from a series of home break-ins and car thefts.

Investigators say Falvo and a woman attacked a man at his home in Zeeland, locked him up in a barn and stole his car.

Then they drove to Battle Creek where police say they attacked more people and stole another car.

Eventually they crashed in Grand Rapids when police tried to pull them over.
