NEAR COMSTOCK, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A Kalamazoo man is in serious condition after he missed a stop sign and a car slammed into his vehicle.

Deputies say James Miller was driving north on 36^th Street when he failed to stop at the MN Ave. intersection and a Mattawan couple hit the side of his car.

That intersection is near Comstock.

Three other people also went to the hospital. They were treated and released.
