Victim: He demanded sex in exchange for reduced charges

HOLLAND, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A former Holland city attorney is free on bond. He has been officially charged with misconduct and criminal sexual conduct.
A woman says Carl Gabrielse assaulted her at the Holland District Courthouse and forced her to have sex with him in exchange for reducing a drunk driving charge.
The Holland City Attorney's Office has fired Gabrielse.
He's headed to court later this month.
