Joyride through three counties

WEST MICHIGAN (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A teenager has found himself in big trouble after taking a joy-ride through three counties.
Officers also say the kid also stole from a Meijer in Greenville.
Right now he's in the Allegan County Juvenile Detention Center.
Hastings police ended up catching the kid. They responded to a call about a stolen car Monday night on Benton Road.
When they got there they realized the teenager took the car from a family member in Montcalm County.
On his way to Hastings police say he stole gas from two gas stations and even banged up the side of the car when a station attendant tried to chase him down.
