ZEELAND TOWNSHIP, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A serious two-car accident in Zeeland Township proved fatal Thursday.

The accident happened on Byron Road just west of 72^nd Avenue around 4:13 Thursday.

Byron Road was partially closed while crews cleaned up the wreckage.

One of the drivers, 39-year-old David Schreur of Hamilton, died at Spectrum Butterworth from injuries sustained during the accident.
