KALAMAZOO, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Tonight, in our monthly Big Brothers, Big Sisters segment, we profile a very special little girl.

She's cute as a button, with a lot to say, and is looking for someone just as special as she is to be her big sister.

10-year-old Natalie is a little free spirit with a big personality.

While some kids her age are shy at first, Natalie was a chatterbox from the word 'go.'

She loves her charter school and playing with her friends, cousins, and with her grandpa.

She's always on the move and loves to be outside.

Natalie says she wants to play volleyball in high school, but there's also something she very much wants before high school--even before middle school--a big sister of her very own.

"I want a girl to hang out with," she said. "And I want her to play with me and do a lot of fun things with me."

On Natalie's perfect day with her big sister, they'd go out to eat, then to the movies, then to the mall. And she'd end the day with a very simple request.

"That we could take a walk together," she said.

Maybe you could take the first step toward taking that walk with Natalie. She knows there's a big sister out there--she just doesn't know where.
