KALAMAZOO, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Michigan hoops coach John Beilein spent a good chunk of his day in Kalamazoo.

He was the keynote speaker at tonight's Big Brothers, Big Sisters event at the Radisson, a fundraiser that features over 700 guests, raising over a third of the organization's annual budget.

Coach Beilein was kind enough to answer some basketball questions as well. The Wolverines should be a Top 25 program again next season, but the team lost its two biggest stars to the NBA: Trey Burke and Tim Hardaway Jr.

Let's not forget however, that team we saw in March was a very young squad.Beilein speaks at Big Brothers, Big Sisters
