LAKE EFFECT SNOW ADVISORY

UNTIL 9 PM

The National Weather Service in Grand Rapids issues a LAKE EFFECT SNOW ADVISORY for Oceana, Muskegon, Ottawa, Allegan, Van Buren, Kalamazoo, Berrien, Cass, and St. Joe counties until 9 PM.  2" to 6" of snow are possible on northwest winds of 15 to 20 mph bringing lake effect snow bands near and across US 131, at times.  Some locations will see more than 6", especially closer to Lake Michigan.  Roads are slippery and become more tricky once the sun sets.

KALAMAZOO, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - In our pet adoption segment Tuesday, we're introducing you to Wiley.

He's an 8-year-old shepherd mix, calm and quiet, and he loves to cuddle.

The SPCA in Kalamazoo got him form a shelter in Kentucky, where he was going to be put down.
