Officials say the government is investigating 2007 and 2008 Hyundai Elantra cars. There have been four reports of engine stalling due to problems with the car's fuel pump module.

Three of the four reports involved vehicles with only 600 miles or less.

A Hyundai spokesman says it's too early in the process to draw any conclusions about the alleged safety issue.
