14 year old sexual assault suspect arrested

MUSKEGON, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Muskegon Police say they have found and arrested a 14 year old boy for breaking into a home and sexually assaulting a woman who lived there.

Teddius Patterson of Muskegon turned himself in Saturday night between 11p.m. and 12a.m. Police say Patterson was with a family member at the time.

The teenager faces home invasion, sexual assault, and felony firearms charges involving a case that happened on Monday, June 22, on the 500 blk. of Margaret St.

Patterson has been lodged in the Muskegon County Youth Home and is set to be arraigned Monday.
