Machete attack in Ionia County

IONIA COUNTY, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - In Ionia County, a man faces charges for attacking someone with a machete.
State police say the suspect, who is from Orleans, stabbed a Greenville man in the arm. It happened on Long Lake Drive.
The attack cut the victim pretty deep and crews took him to the hospital for treatment. His condition isn't known.
The suspect is in the Ionia County Jail. He could face a judge as early as Monday.
