PORTAGE, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A crash on I-94 closed westbound traffic between Westnedge Ave. and Lovers Lane Thursday morning.

The accident was near the Lovers Lane bridge. Police say that two semi-trailers and several other vehicles were involved.

Authorities were able to reopen the freeway shortly before 9:30.
