6 Killed in Crash
Comments 0 | Recommend 0TROY (AP) - Pennsylvania state police say six Indian citizens living in Michigan who were on the way to Niagara Falls were killed when their van crashed.
The people on the van were employees of the Troy-based information technology company Syntel and their spouses.
It happened Saturday afternoon on Interstate 90 near the Pennsylvania-Ohio.
Police say seven people were in a minivan that crossed the highway and began flipping, coming to rest on its roof.
An oncoming car then struck the van. Police identify the victims as 26-year-old driver Kaushik Deb, two couples -- Manoj and Mili Jharia and Nitin and Swati Agarwal -- and another passenger, Shubham Choudory.
Another passenger was treated at a hospital and released.
