PORTUGAL, SPAIN (Newshcannel 3) - The law has finally caught up with a doctor on the run.

Dr. James Kelley, who is contracted out of Sturgis Hospital and is wanted on 10 child pornography charges, was arrested in Portugal after he went to the U.S. Embassy to get a new passport.

Dr. Kelley is from Milford, a city in the Detroit area, but was working as a contract anesthesiologist at Sturgis Hospital.

Police say the doctor had several pornographic images of children on his computer, and he'll be back in Michigan to face charges in May.
