(NEWSCHANNEL 3) - The group Center for Science in the Public Interest has accused Coca-Cola of using deceptive labeling on Vitamin Water, claiming it can reduce the risk of disease and boost the immune system.
The health advocacy group says those claims are nonsense and that Vitamin Water is basically just sugar water.
The judge says the group can sue, and possibly prevent Coca-Cola from making certain claims about the beverages, but it cannot seek financial damages.
