(NEWSCHANNEL 3) - The New York Times is reporting that four LinkedIn users have filed a class-action lawsuit against the business social network.
The suit accuses the company of hacking accounts to send spam emails.
They say in an effort to get new users, LinkedIn sends emails to existing members' contacts, using their name and likeness without their consent.
LinkedIn denies that it has ever broken into or hacked user accounts.
