Starbucks acquires Teavana for $620M

(NEWSCHANNEL 3) - The coffee giant Starbucks is boosting its tea business.
The company is buying tea seller Teavana for $620 million.
Teavana has a network of 300 stores, mostly in malls.
Starbucks already owns the Tazo tea brand.
