MACKINAC ISLAND (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Senator Rand Paul was the favorite in a presidential straw poll at the Republican Leadership Conference in Michigan.
Of the 526 votes, the Kentucky republican took 35-percent.
New Jersey Governor Chris Christie received 16-percent at the three-day event, which ended Sunday.
Former Florida Governor Jeb Bush was third, with eight-percent.
This marks the second straw poll win of the year for Paul, who says he'll make a decision next year about running for president in 2016.
Paul won a straw poll at the conservative gathering C-PAC earlier this year.
