Will the Affordable Care Act survive repeal effort?

WASHINGTON, D.C. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Even though the Supreme Court upheld the Affordable Care act, the next question becomes, what are the chances it will survive, given that Republicans are determined to repeal it?
