DENSE FOG ADVISORY

Until 10 AM

The National Weather Service in northern Indiana issues a DENSE FOG ADVISORY for St. Joe and Branch counties until 10 AM.  Dense fog has already been observed in many cities in West Michigan including Kalamazoo.  The ADVISORY may be expanded to include more counties.  Burning off fog this time of year is tough thanks to a low sun angle.  Fog may linger in some locations until midday.

2 million booted from current health insurance plans story image

(NEWSCHANNEL 3) - More than two million Americans are getting booted from their current health insurance plans as a result of the Affordable Health Care Act.

The news hits some 140,000 people across Michigan.

And they're not alone. People in California, Florida and New Jersey have also been told their current policy doesn't meet the law's standards.

As Danielle Notting explains above, they'll now have to sign up on the healthcare exchange.
