WASHINGTON, D.C. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - The final numbers are still being tallied, but online applications for health care under the Affordable Care Act appear to be on track to top 7-million.

The federal online marketplace Healthcare.gov recorded more than 3-million visitors Monday, despite a setback when the website crashed earlier in the day.

Others packed into signup centers for help.

The government is offering extensions for people who had problems signing up.
