Study: Quitting smoking before 40

(NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A new study says many smokers still have time to kick the habit .and avoid greatly reducing their life expectancy.
Researchers at the University of Toronto found the key age to quit by is 40-years-old.
They say smoking increases health risks at any age, but if you kick the habit by 40 your risk of early death decreases significantly.
They add the sooner you quit, the better though.
