LONDON (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Want to find out if your stressed? Test your breath.
Researchers in London say they have found six markers in your breath that can be measured to show signs of stress.
Two were found to increase following a stress exercise while four were shown to decrease with stress.
This type of test could pave the way for a simple and non-invasive way of measuring stress and create new ways to treat it.
Researchers say that more extensive testing is required.
