Updated: Wednesday, November 13, 2013 |
LONDON (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - We all know alcohol is bad for the liver, heart, and brain.

So one professor is looking to get you drunk, but without the harmful effects.

Professor David Nutt of Imperial College: London is looking at alcohol substitutes, like an e-cigarette, with all the perks but none of the downsides of drinking.

No hangovers and allowing you to sober up quickly.

So far, he has identified five compounds that have promising results, but he has only tested on himself.
