(NEWSCHANNEL 3) - If you have a chronic disease, you can now be treated at Walgreens.

The drug store just announced it's expanded the reach of its in-store clinics to cover diagnosing, treating, and monitoring patients with chronic diseases.

That includes diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma and high cholesterol.

The chain says they will have nurse practitioners and physician assistants offering the new services at more than 300 of its 370 stores.
