WASHINGTON, D.C. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - On the eve of the hearings over the messy launch of the healthcare.gov launch, the website was down yet again.

The blame game continues in Washington as the House Energy and Commerce Committee hears testimony from Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius.

Many lawmakers are demanding her resignation. But Sebelius is pointing the finger at the contractors hired to build the website for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

In testimony last week those contractors said the real problem with CMS is the last minute changes and not enough time to fully test the website.

Marilyn Tavenner, the head of CMS, says those glitches have been fixed.

"You're saying the system right now is working?" asked Rep. Kevin Bardy.

"I'm saying it's working, it's just not working at the speed that we want and at the success rate that we want," said CMS Administrator Marilyn Tavenner.

Contractors say they warned the Obama administration about the problems weeks before the launch.

Wednesday morning we want to know what you think. Should Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius resign or be asked to resign by the president because of problems with the rollout of healthcare.gov and healthcare reform?"

Head to the homepage of our website, wwmt.com, to voice your opinion.

Looking at the numbers so far, 56 percent say yes and 38 percent say no.
