I-Team: Requests made to investigate circuit court judge

VAN BUREN COUNTY, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - The Newschannel 3 I-Team is breaking the news that several local attorneys are asking the state's judicial tenure commission to investigate a Circuit Court Judge from Van Buren County.
On Monday of this week, the I-Team broke the initial story regarding stunning allegations in some documents filed in court.
One of the court filings we obtained alleged an improper relationship between judge Paul Hamre and attorneys Gary Stewart and Kelly Page from Paw Paw. A court document written by attorney Don Visser said Page and Stewart were utilizing the criminal justice system to retaliate against people they disagree with.
