PERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - In Pennsylvania, a black bear has been dubbed the bucket bear, after a run-in with a semi air bag.

The male cub was spotted in June with the bucket on its head, and walked around with it for two months.

A local game commissioner said there wasn't anything wildlife officials could do, because the bear wasn't hurting anyone.

That's when a group of local people took action.

They grabbed the bear, and used a bowsaw to free the animal.
