PROVIDENCE, Rhode Island (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A Rhode Island man accused of throwing furniture on the set of a Woody Allen movie is now charged with assault.

Providence police say the man tossed a chair and assaulted security guards with a bucket.

Security guards say Mark Spiridakos went to the set and began asking "weird questions" about the movie's stars that include Emma Stone and Joaquin Phoenix.

Police say he ran from the set, was tackled and then taken to a hospital with a head injury.
